1. How and when will my order ship?
All domestic orders are shipped Via USPS 1st class, Media Mail or Priority 3-5 business days (with exception to postal holidays) depending upon the order. All Canadian and International orders are shipped via Global Priority Flat Rate (unfortunately this class of mail cannot be tracked once shipped). Be aware that all orders are packaged on a first come first served basis and by hand according to your order. Please allow up to eight weeks for delivery of domestic orders, up to twelve for international. If you have concerns about your order, click here. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with the tracking number (US and NON subscription orders only) and ship date. We are not responsible for delays caused by the USPS. Once your order is mailed you can track it at the USPS site. GARAGE magazine is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, or replacement of lost of orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

2. Shipping address correct?
Make sure you've provided the correct and complete shipping address. Orders are shipped to the address indicated on the order form submitted to us. GARAGE magazine is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, or replacement of lost of orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

3. Shipping to your place of work?
If shipping to your place of work, be sure to include c/o Your Workplace with your address.

4. IMPORTANT: Email address correct?
Please provide your current email address, and not a spam or junk account . Your order may be delayed if we have any questions and cannot get in touch with you.

5. Keep your email receipt and order number!
Please keep all records (email receipt, order # and tracking number -for US orders only) until your order arrives. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order, your order may not have been processed or you may not have provided us with your email address. PayPal orders will only receive the PayPal notification. Subscription mail orders will only receive a receipt if an email address is provided.

6. Can I add something to an existing order?
Of course you can, all you want! Simply order additional items online. In the text box, include your existing order # so we can combine them into one shipment- provided the primary order hasn't already been shipped. Additional shipping charges will apply.

7. Can I just email what I want and have you charge my card?
No. Orders are not accepted via email. DO NOT submit credit card information via email. GARAGE magazine is not responsible for information submitted via email and viewed by third parties. Please make additional purchases using the online shopping cart. Thank you!

8. Could you please rush my order? I need it for a project / gift.
Shipments are processed in the order in which they are received. We do our very best to get shipments made as quickly as possible, but cannot rush or overnight orders at this time.

9. IMPORTANT: What if I never got my order?
If you feel your order has been lost or not processed, we will need the following information:

- Order Number and exact date of order
- Payment method: Check (include check # and copy of cancelled check), Money Order (from which bank) or PayPal?
- Email address (as submitted with your order)
- Your name or name on used to place the order

Please include a copy of any order confirmation you received from GARAGE magazine or PayPal in your email, and double check that you provided the correct shipping address .

10. Returns / Exchanges/Refunds
Returns accepted only in exchange for merchandise or store credit (less shipping costs).
No cash refunds, cancellations or charge credit. Used or damaged merchandise may not be exchanged, unless it was damaged prior to shipping. We will gladly exchange defective merchandise returned w/explanation.

How do I figure the shipping costs for an order by mail?
All shipping costs are listed at the very bottom of the mail order form. You can also use the online shopping cart to calculate your shipping costs (simply add items to it, and hit 'recalculate' after entering all items).
